Americas Best Value Inn Bradenton-Sarasota

The Best Room Deal in the Area. The staff is very friendly. The room was very clean. I was happy to see no carpet in the room. (Hotel room carpets are among the dirtiest things on the planet.) The shower was hot. The tv was large. The bed was super comfortable. And the room rate made this the best deal for a hotel room south of I-10. In the Midwest we would call this a motel in days gone by. It is within a 5-minute walk to Waffle House, Cracker Barrel, McDonald’s, and Sonny’s BBQ. What’s not to like about that? It is about a 20-minute drive to the beach. And it is just a two-minute drive off the interstate. It’s a great place to stay if you need a rest after a long drive. It’s also a great place to make your base for touring Bradenton/Sarasota.

Long term stay I have been coming to this hotel for years when traveling into the Bradenton/Sarasota area. I always feel safe and well cared for when I am here. This time has been a long term stay. And I couldn't ask for better treatment! The rooms are always clean. The beds are comfortable. All of the staff is so welcoming. The hotel is close to numerous restaurants. A gas station on the corner and Starbucks is nearby. It is right off I-75 with easy access to everything. The Gulf beaches are straight down Manatee. Great parks with walking trails nearby. Friendly, comfy and cozy! This little gem of a motel seemed to have been recently remodeled with trendy furniture and flooring. We found the accommodations more than adequate for the price. Our room was very clean, bed was comfy cozy, nice big TV, and plenty of hot water! The pool and grounds were kept up nicely too. Upon our 8pm arrival we were greeted by a friendly Matt Erickson who quickly checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Good Experience I've had a very good experience in my various visits, the office staff is always very nice, rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping does a really good job. There is always someone at the office 24hrs, which I personally love. The building is not new but the place it's well maintained. I recommend it, nights are very quite, I will be coming back many times.
